Dr Michael G Messner DO

Dr. Messner is part of Pikes Peak Orthopedics. Pikes Peak Orthopedics is an orthopedic clinic whose physicians strive to be patient advocates in their orthopedic care. Dr. Michael Messner has been helping patients with orthopedic injuries and chronic conditions since 1997. He is a board certified orthopedic surgeon and received his undergraduate degree from Colorado State University. He attended Medical School at the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Messner completed his internship and residency at Meridia South Pointe Hospital, part of The Cleveland Clinic Hospital System, in Ohio. Messner has served as a team physician for the U.S. Disabled Ski Team since 1992. As an avid skier and former biathlete and runner, he brings personal experience and understanding to his practice for athletes. He is a member of the Colorado Medical Society and American Medical Association. He grew up in Colorado Springs and serves Colorado Springs, Woodland Park, Salida and surrounding areas with a high level of compassionate orthopedic care.
